A deeply immersive 75-minute sound and vibration experience designed to help you slow down, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with your body.
Using harmonic tuning forks, we work intentionally on the body and around in the biofield. We move through different areas to support a sense of energy, balance, and relaxation. The session creates space to release tension and let go of the mental and emotional “junk” we can carry with us.
You’ll be guided through periods of sound, stillness, breath, and awareness ~ giving you time to step out of the noise and simply experience.
