Meet Katie Aho and Brian Coman ~ the heart behind Positively Shop. Through Healthy Vending services, Lifestyle Coaching and Supplement Optimization, we offer a full-spectrum approach to wellness!

We’re a passionate team on a mission to help people and workplaces feel happier and more energized - inside and out. After coaching hundreds of clients in heavy metal detox and metabolic fitness, we realized something. Sometimes after doing months (even years) of detox work, people were still not feeling better. We knew there was a deeper layer to be found, but we had to experience it for ourselves. We have lived getting caught up in emotional loops, experiencing patterns that are created from energy blockages, and trying to fix everyone and everything around us thinking this was the problem.

Now we know better. There is a way around the stuck patterns, but it's not just finding another route. It's blowing out all the old, dead garbage that we have accumulated and suppressed. It's understanding that we cannot cling to great moments or push down horrible ones. It's knowing we can't hold other people accountable for our own happiness.
